Alnon Group of Systems and Networks built the عصفور - Asfor app as an Ad Supported app (part of the nabil-PM system group). This SERVICE is provided by Alnon Group of Systems and Networks at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at عصفور - Asfor unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including name, email, and password. Optional information may include username, phone number, gender, age range, and profile picture. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Messages and media that you choose to send are received and stored by the service to deliver them and provide conversation history. We also process account identifiers, contacts within the service, privacy choices, and service diagnostics needed to operate and protect your account. Profile information is visible to other users according to your privacy choices.

The age-confirmation flow sends the date of birth you enter to our server to assess account eligibility. This is a self-reported assessment, not identity verification. We do not retain the entered birth date in account records, application logs, diagnostics, or advertising data. We retain the eligibility result, assessment time, method, and policy version for account access and review. An existing account assessed as underage is restricted; a reviewed correction requires a new confirmation. Account deletion and support remain available.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Asfor is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years or older. Persons under 18 are not permitted to create or use an Asfor account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and remove its associated personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

If you believe that a person under 18 is using Asfor, please report the account through the in-app reporting feature or contact us at asfor@nabil.pm.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason for processing it.

Users can delete their account from within Asfor or request deletion through our account deletion page. Retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution remains subject to the purposes described here.

Deleting your account removes its profile, sessions, and associated records from our service. Copies shared or forwarded by other users, and media still referenced by another profile, group, or message, may remain available while those references exist. Files you or other users explicitly saved or exported outside Asfor cannot be recalled by account deletion.

يحذف حذف الحساب بروفايله وجلساته والسجلات المرتبطة به من خدمتنا. قد تبقى نسخ شاركها أو أعاد توجيهها مستخدمون آخرون، ووسائط ما زالت مستخدمة في بروفايل أو مجموعة أو رسالة أخرى، مدة استمرار تلك المراجع. لا يمكن لحذف الحساب استرجاع الملفات التي حفظتها أنت أو غيرك أو صدّرتها خارج عصفور.

For notification ownership and security, we retain one-way hashed installation or notification-token claim records with their last session reference and update time after account deletion. They prevent an older session from reclaiming notifications. These records do not contain your plaintext installation ID, notification token, or login credentials. The current system does not assign them a fixed automatic expiry.

Advertising and notification providers process data under their linked privacy policies. Deleting an Asfor account removes its server-side notification registration; it does not automatically reset the device advertising identifier or delete every installation-level identifier held by those providers. Notification payloads may include account, conversation and message identifiers and permitted sender/content previews needed for delivery.
